When I began dating my husband 20 years ago, we had a big challenge between us. He ordered a salad and fries. I ordered a greasy burger with everything on it. Needless to say, he felt very uncomfortable and very repulsed. He was very gentle, but firm and emotional in the way he expressed his disdain for my eating habits. After several bites and somewhat enjoying my meal, somehow, I no longer had an appetite for what I was eating. In fact, for the first time in my life, I was repulsed by it. For the first time in my life, I was exposed to someone who appeared to be more enlightened than I was. He was exposed to information and lifestyles that I never knew about. At the end of the meal, he explained the importance of a meatless diet and explained that there were people all over the world who were vegetarian for many reasons.

I’d never had chilaquiles before and they were really tasty. I finished my meal with a small dessert – a raw cupcake made of macadamia nuts filled with berries – it was beautiful! There were so many items on this menu I would have loved to tried if I had more time in Playa del Carmen! It’s a really cool place too with lovely staff.

If your number of attendees is below 20 paying people upon your arrival for your tour, you will be expected to pay the minimum fee. The majority of available dates for large group tours are Monday — Friday. While a Saturday date may be inquired about, it is less likely that we will have availability on those dates.
The tour itself lasts about an hour, but if you are a group of more than 60 your time with us will be increased. This is due to limited space on the trolley portion of the tour and the need to split the group into rotations. There are a few lawn games that the tour staff can provide to help pass the time! Tours must be booked and confirmed in advance. Please do not show up at the farm expecting a tour if it has not been pre-scheduled and confirmed.
This includes a single serve ice cream in either chocolate or vanilla and milk samplings. Children 2 years old and under tour for free, but do not receive free ice cream.
